District "E" Councilmember Cynthia Willard-Lewis will host the 4th Annual Historic Lower Ninth Ward Anniversary and the Lower Ninth Ward Council Memorial Tribute this weekend.
Both events will be held at the intersection of North Claiborne Avenue and Tennessee Street at the Lower Ninth Ward Monument located at the foot of the Claiborne Bridge. Click here for a map of the location.
